The introduction of the digital offering addresses the rise in demand for online services by offering customers the opportunity to shop, order and collect purchases at their own convenience.
 
Now available to customers across the country, “Click and Collect” provides Egyptians with a seamless online experience. The service enables customers to shop online and collect their purchases from select stores at any of Majid Al Futtaim's shopping malls in Egypt, namely; Mall of Egypt, City Centre Almaza, City Centre Alexandria and City Centre Maadi. For customers looking to order from their favourite food and beverage outlets without dining in, they can now place their order through the Via Drive-Thru application and pick it up from designated locations in a quick and hassle-free process. Visitors can also use the service to order online and have their items delivered to their location within the mall, whether at the cinema or a restaurant.
