The partnership serves Mountain View’s YDP, which develops the skills of children aged between 4-17 years old across Mountain View’s projects and create impactful experiences to nurture their self-development. The program raises awareness on how to be independently responsible, such as making their own money, starting their own businesses both practically and theoretically, and familiarizing them with the labour market and entrepreneurship. Through the program, children fully grasp their tendencies at a very young age, helping them choose their intended university field of study early on by practically participating in activities offering insights into various fields. The program also helps promote children’s social life in a positive way by exposing them to different age groups. The partnership also offers a specially tailored program for Mountain View named “The Cultural Experiences” Program, which focuses on linking families and kids to their mother culture and traditions and familiarizing children with their heritage, culture and civilization through different cultural activities including plays, storytelling, trips and more. It also offers coaching and advisory supporting kids and youths in their self-discovery journey. The “Cultural Experiences” Program aims to support Mountain View’s community to better understand and develop their culture, which is rooted from several key elements, including home, school, life experiences, and surrounding community. The program offers a variety of constructive activities, events and activations with the purpose of contributing to overall development of adults, kids, and teens’ identity. The program will also include cross-cultural exposure in all aspects of cultural backgrounds.
