realme reveals its expansion plan for the Egyptian market in 2021
Head of Marketing realme Egypt, Mahmoud Taha, has stated that the company is opting for a quantum leap in technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) in 2021. realme resolves to drastically appeal to consumers, either through improving products’ quality or user interface and novel features. Taha assured that the company is conducting a comprehensive plan to effectively reach out and interact with its consumer base. Therefore, being in the Egyptian market for two years has gained two million users whom put their trust in us, realme has opened its first retail and aftercare service store in Alexandria.
Moreover, Taha has illustrated that the store is the first of its kind, launched and opened by realme Global in Egypt since its operations period within the country. He, too, added that the company has a verified service center in Cairo. Part of realme’s resolutions for 2021, is to open eight new realme stores & service centers around the country.
Continuing its core values, realme has successfully launched its very own smartphone app to connect and interact with all its community “fans and consumers”, especially the younger segments to be more closer to them and see their needs.
Taha, on the other hand, has also discussed realme Egypt’s goal to increase its market share during 2021. The priority is to become among the first top-three smartphone brands among Egyptian users. The company is also opting for 30% more sales this year, along with providing highly-efficient, top-quality and design, as well as affordable products. Making realme the number one option for young smartphone users.
Furthermore, Taha explained that realme will stunt the local market with an unconventional range of futuristic, AI products in light of maintaining the company’s technological innovation, especially post the massive international buzz generated in AI and IoT fields. Lastly, realme Egypt’s spokesperson concluded with the company’s mission towards sustaining its “Dare to Leap” motto through excelling in product performance, design, quality as well as service.
